The Southwest Fitness Throwdown resulted in over 1,000 spectators witnessing 200 athletes compete through pullups, pushups, sled dragging, rowing, running, cleaning, snatching, and even kettle bell swinging.
The first annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes march was held at the Union Plaza on Thursday, November 11, 2010.
