The Great Alligator Debate

Change is afoot in downtown El Paso and many are hoping that live alligators will be a part of its new look. Alligator proponents like Lane Gaddy, however, are not without their opposition. Recently, the City Council, the El Paso Zoo and Franklin Mountain Management, the company that will be donating the park have all spoken out against the return of live alligators to San Jacinto Plaza.
